Coping skills group in Rockledge

Life gets heavy. Stress builds, emotions run high, and old habits stop working. Our coping skills group gives adults a steady, supportive place to learn practical tools and practice them with others who understand.

Each session focuses on skills you can use right away: noticing stress early and calming your body, handling strong emotions without making things worse, getting through a hard moment safely, communicating needs and setting boundaries, and building routines that support sleep, mood and focus.

The group is led by a licensed clinical social worker at our Rockledge office. It starts in January 2027 and meets every other week for 90 minutes, with a short break. Each group has between 4 and 10 members, and we aim for 8. Referrals are welcome from other providers by fax at (321) 301-4734. The group is not a crisis service; if you are in crisis, call or text 988.

To ask about the first start date, call (321) 507-4033, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern.
